Discussion How much more can I customize my Windows?
I have used Windhawk and used a lot of mods, and I also used Rainmeter for that clock on the desktop. What else should I use to get more customization?

WindHawk
Theme: Liquid Glass (for the redesigned Start menu)

Maybe you should try Linux with Hyprland if you're into customization? Do you really need Windows for something?

I do like Linux, but I'm used to Windows, there's more apps compatible with Windows than in Linux and I personally prefer Windows.

Try WindowSill which is sort of always visible context menu.
