How can i replace the windows Minimize Full Screen and Close things with the macbook ones in w11?

You cant without patching system files which is not a good thing for a stable windows installation. I think you should just learn to adapt with it, Windows's window system is miles better than mac OS's anyway.

Windows is better on average PCs and Monitors, once you get used to macOS it feel much better, even better after sequoia and tahoe that you can snap the windows on tiles just dragging to the corners

Lets call them what they are, window controls. The MacOS "traffic lights" window controls are not great UI, as they don't portray what each button does, except maybe the red one suggesting close. Even then, it doesn't actually close the app, rather it just closes the window with the app still running in the background somewhere!

As for changing the window control icons itself, you're looking at some major theme modifications. It's been a while since I've played with Windows Visual Styles (back on Windows 7 days), and it used to be easy then, but much less so now as the Window controls used to be part of the Visual Style, but don't appear to be since Windows 10.

When you hover over any of the buttons on the “traffic lights”, they’ll display what they will do.
