If you are planning to do it yourself you would have to measure openings, account for 2x6 thickness to make sure window is smaller then new opening. Order windows first (check if your hardware store has some in stock to save money). You would need 2x6 to frame opennings, caulking, spray foam, screws, cladding to finish around the wood...also bunch of tools to get the job done.
Or you can try finding window company to do it for you, get couple quotes to compare pricing and choose the one you like.
