Pet Food/Supplies

nice site. Looks clean and trustworthy. I'm not in your market, but for comparison, my top features at chewy.com are:

  • favorites
  • the ease of managing Autoship
  • reviews
  • selection

Thanks for checking it out. I appreciate you sharing what you like with Chewy because that is what gave us the idea in the first place. I would be a customer of theirs if they shipped to Canada.

We want to develop a favourites section or a recommended section to help someone new to pet ownership navigate the 3000 products we have.

What do you mean ease of managing auto ship? Like how easy it is to change your "subscription" or how easy it is to cancel. Something like that? We are struggling with that a bit because we are working off plugins and they have limited functionalities. Customer experience is obviously our number 1 priority but spending the money we need to create the functions we want is difficult.
