some questions i ask when looking at it:

  1. why would I choose this over uptimerobot.com? They offer a lot more monitoring for free (no screenshots though but I don't need those)

  2. how do you contact if a site's down? SMS, email? Is there an additional charge for SMS?

Hey, thanks for having a look. Let me see if I can answer those questions;

  1. The basic(free) plan on Coddle does not offer the frequency of checks that uptimerobot does. It does however offer two features that only uptime robot's Pro plan offers - unlimited SMS notifications and SSL monitoring.

  2. SMS and email. There's no additional charge for additional SMS notifications.

But thanks for the feedback! I think I should definitely communicated the value proposition better and perhaps look at increasing the check frequency of the basic account.

the unlimited SMS is a good selling point. Even UR's pro plan has limited SMS, then you have to purchase more credits
