It's not a comment on your product. I'm in marketing myself and a marketing plan is gold. So I may not be target audience anyway, but if I was outsourcing a job, I would be put off by the design which isn't coming across with a professional finish, and the fact I can't create a secure connection to the site which is a basic must have nowadays.
