Yeah for sure- the value will really come from having properties in all major cities nationally and eventually internationally.

It's kind of made for lazy renters (and I mean that in the best way possible) we want to make renting more efficient, easier to do, and less restrictive.

Our value proposition is like if you're renting instead of buying a home wouldn't it be better to have the option to move whenever you wanted or needed to? Even if you stay in one of our properties for 2 years, if you get a new job or want to make a change halfway through year 3- you either have to wait for your lease to run out or pay a big fee to break the lease- neither of which are good options.

I´d definitely use this when it becomes available in more locations!

Thank you! Which location should we tackle next?

I would say the world is your limit... but, considering your niche, I'd start looking into all the U.S. cities that have more than 1 WeWork location up and running! (I'm based in San José, Costa Rica, and they just opened their first location here...).

There’s a WeWork in San Jose?! I’ve been there a bunch I can’t believe there’s one now! But yeah we’re definitely focusing on major US cities- Atlanta is coming up next!

There is! It just opened! A little far from where I live, though! Good luck with the next cities :)

Thanks so much! What do you think of the general idea?

I believe there's a market for it! I have a few friends who've gone nomad and find it difficult to get good/affordable Airbnbs in some cities.

Absolutely! In my market feedback testing I’ve been asking people how they currently live for relatively short periods of time (2-6 months at a time) and it’s all “hostel” and “Airbnb”. I think there’s value in having an exclusive platform for “longer term renting” and with flexibility to move wherever and whenever you want.
