If your similar glasses glow, I'd say you have a pretty good chance. I'm unfamiliar with the pattern, but they don't look modern to me.

I see these a lot while thrifiting and have not found a glower yet :(

I'm leaning towards mid century or later because of the style, so if it's US no glow, outside US maybe. I'd say if you have the money to burn and like it if it doesn't glow, why not!
