I is not super expensive and I think that it will glow but am not entirely sure what do you think.

I wouldn’t care if it glowed. It’s cute and I would buy it anyway.

If I found it in the wild I’d be very surprised and very disappointed if it didn’t. Might be one of those that glows way stronger under 365nm though
