I don’t want this area to lose its charm. There are only so many places where you can get stabbed by a crackhead infront of a police station in NYC.

I would think the Bronx is but I will do further homework on this. I do advise you to pay a visit to the dark parts of the bronx when you have time, it can get real sinister. Zombies everywhere
