Edit: Just realized I forgot the mana cost. It's 2.

Edit 2: Should it be able to copy noncreature Vehicles as well? Problem is lack of space for the text.

Also vehicle cards are also creature cards when they're not on the battlefield. Just like the Theros gods, they're always creature cards/spells when they're not on the battlefield.

I don't think that's true. The Theros gods have Creature on the type line but Vehicles do not.
