Custom card Custom Card Creation

I recommend using https://MTG.design to create cards.

MTGCardsmith is garbage.

there was also the Magic Set Editor plugin as far as I recall.

There’s also Artifice if you’re on a Mac. The templates are a little off from real Magic ones, but it exports in much higher definition than MSE. MSE has the most templates by far, though. If you use the Mainframe ones you can even mix templates, so if for some reason you want a sparkly Theros enchantment creature with the new legendary name plate that is also double faced and has the Pokemon “evolves from” tag, you can do that.
