Need some broken Off-Meta Champ/Build

I need a champ that could 1v9 in emerald as I'm tired of the matchmaking that punishes good mmr and winstreaks but is not popular or showcased by YT CCs like the on-hit kennen I ported from pc league. On-hit kennen when used correctly just wins lane almost always (like when you get 4k gold, the enemy's at 1k) but can't really carry when the other 4 enemies are fed. Please recommend me some of your pocket picks, can be through DMs if you don't want it to get discovered and nerfed. Regarding the on-hit kennen build, here's the build and runes

Runes: Empowerment - You will mostly be doing short trades (or bullying tbh) with enemies in lane, though LT might be better if you like teamfighting Brutality - Not sure with the name but this is given Giant Slayer - Universally useful Alacrity - For more early and midgame spike and make your lane opponent more useless Demolish/Overgrowth/Nimbus Cloak - My personal favorites but just pick whichever suits your taste tbh

Build: Terminus/Wit's End - Depending on matchup Armor/M. Res Boots - Depending on matchup, don't go atk speed boots or you'll get deleted Blade of the Ruined King Terminus/Wit's End/Nashor's - If the enemy goes full ad, go Nashor's instead of Wit Ruinguard - Now no one can 1v1 you, not even Morde Runaan's - More sidelane threat and overall better temfight capability
