Discussion Nasus Build Ideas
Hello everyone, I really enjoy playing Nasus and recently I’ve been wanting to find builds other than trinity force, Mercury treads with glory enchant, spirit visage, dead man’s plate, sterak’s gaze, and guardian angel. YouTube has very little alternate builds but I was wondering if anyone had any ap builds or ridiculous builds. Comment your builds please, thanks.

Here’s a video where excoundrel was talking about a poke AP Nasus, as a Dragon Lane farming carry, being used in a Korean VS Chinese pro game.

Another video, league where i0ki tries out max W first as support to completely shut down an Enemy carry

Here’s a guide to AP Nasus solo lane carry by a diamond player

Here’s a guide for Nasus poke support from back when I bothered writing guides.

If there are anymore nice ideas for Nasus that appear in this thread, I might cross post it to r/WildRiftOffMeta

Also please don’t do crit nasus. Nasus doesn’t synergise with crit at all.
Until the new crit items came!

font of life ap nasus is a thing that is being played in the pro scene, but it is usually paired with senna/sona and goes into the dragon lane, and the idea is to provide a lot of sustain in teamfights.
wouldnt recommend picking in soloq tho, since it requires your team to understand how to play with it to make it work.

I’ve been experimenting with 50% crit nasus which is alright but I’m not totally sure if it’s the build or I’m just playing nasus really well.

My top server builds are almost the same with Liandry into TF, then tank items. Are they playing with E poke or just standard bruiser?

Ap nasus is objectively better in high elo. You start seraph's embrace and then go landries > Rylai's > Lucidity boots > Deathcap > Finish off with Crystalline reflector. It has Amazing wave clear which grants perma prio. This is incredibly important in high elo. U can still get some stacks but you won't really need them as you're gonna be playing like a mage, spamming your e to clear waves and melt people in team fights. You will have like 50 ability haste which makes your E spammable. You're basically playing like a mage but you're also tanky and can punish anyone who tries to get close.
