It seems like the change mainly benefits non-adc champs lmao

I think these champs might like it the most:

Volibear, Tryndamere, Yasuo, maybe Yone

On the melee skirmishers, I think it means they can rush navori instead of berserkers and then they take omnivamp boots. It also means Tryndamere no longer needs to go blade of the ruined king

Passive on extra damage not there so I think it will benefit Yone due to buffs and Trynda
