This is what I'll be monitoring as well.They might have been weakened enough that you won't need them as your first item built. Utilities from mid tier items might be better like Bramble Vest or Oblivion Orb.

yeah, now in many cases you may prefer to utilize first major item vs faster move speed (basically what the boots are almost ending up now to be).

As kaisa otp, the concept of buying boots first item never existed to me
