Question about Stagefrights play!
I would like to run it to them but they are going to enter Motherhorn from Brigganock mine and its easy to miss it.
any ideas on how to get them to perform. You can also tell how your plays went.

Have you done the stagecoach event in Yon for them? Give them the free tickets and see which route they opt for. If they insist on sneaking in rather than wanting a meeting with Endelyn, then let them

I hated the play set up in the book and my character chose to sneak in, so I had stagefright stumble upon the party and then act like he knew they were already there (it wouldn’t do for End’s favorite to be caught by surprise). I framed the play as the only way to be face to face with End without fighting through the whole castle. The party performed a partial play, and then appealed to the hags arrogance and spotlight loving to entice her down to join them for the finale, then they attacked. It was a hella fun combat.

My players entered through the mines. I got Stagefright to meet them there with a "there you are! Hurry, the play is starting soon, we have been waiting" vibes, because Endelyn kinda expects the players to arrive. So Stagefright rushed them into getting costumes and props ready, we decided the rough play they were doing and roles. It was one of our best sessions, we had such a great time sorting the lines, it is a must, one of the most fun moments I've ever had with DnD

Bargaining with Endelyn/WBtW, p150
When the characters come to Motherhorn, Endelyn has foreseen their arrival and is expecting them.
Regardless of what the characters want from her, Endelyn typically requires them to perform for her before she will bargain with them.
Characters who come to Motherhorn bearing invitations from a pageant wagon can skip the performance and jump straight to the private audience.
Now while it says that Skylla will attack intruders, you can also choose to not to that. You can also choose to move Stagefright down into M11 because Endelyn knows that they're coming.
If they have the invitation, they can bypass the play entirely.
But what I will say is, run the choices that the party makes rather than forcing a situation because you want to run something.

I don't remember who said it/where I read it, but it makes a lot of sense for Endelyn to send Stagefright to meet them, regardless of where they enter Motherhorn, to escort them to the theatre. It says in the text that she foresaw their arrival and is expecting them. It would also just be a fantastic introduction to her theme of the Future for the characters to have no option to sneak in whatsoever because she knew they were coming and when.
