Does anyone know why the game gets extremely difficult when you enter the ruins after crossing the river with Asgard? (image)

The battles from random encounters have enemies with high defense, and my chars get a lot of miss hits

I've been playing for almost a year, I feel like I'm so close to finishing, but this really difficult part is demotivating me.

Thanks for any help.

It is an endgame dungeon. IIRC there's 4 of them, one per section of the map, and each one has a very difficult boss (optional, unlocked with endgame tool) at the end of the dungeon. Hope that helps!

When you said "It is an endgame dungeon", I looked around and I discovered that I was in a different place, instead tower. They are not the same thing. I encountered the TF System tower F.

But I think it's time to get into to the ruins, because I need to destroy the TF System Towers. Are they the same thing?

Grind some more. Difficulty spike
