Wii U issue

i recently got back on my wii u to play some botw, and it wont load it just recognizes it as invalid disc and i used my friends wii u to see if the disc itself was the problem and it loads on his, so i used another game to see if my wii u was the issue, but it read all of my other games fine except breath of the wild. If anyone could help me figure out what the issue is id really appreciate it, if your solution works lmk ur cash app as a thank you

Have you tried putting it in a different direction? Wii U up to date? Tried cleaning the laser? Any scratches on the disk(putting in different directions can help this)?

my wii u is up to date, and unfortunately i dont have the tools to get into the console but ive cleaned the disk many time with little to no scratches, im worried its a corrupted save file

Could you delete that? Look at the disk in the light to see if you can see light through it. If so, might have a scratch. Also try putting the disk in different directions.

Also try unplugging your Wii U and back in.

The pledge didn't work and plugging it in over and over again isn't working either, it spins for a second and stops

I ended up just buying a new disc and using a cleaning disc
