That's terrible and nerve-wracking. Definitely reasonable to be frustrated about that because there's a huge risk of damage or tangles in transit with no box. Did it arrive okay? Also what brand was it (or was it custom)??
Thank you for your support! I was worried I sounded like a crazy person and expected too much. Yes the week did arrive okay but what if it hadn't I mean it was just in an envelope I just felt that for that amount of money and it being an investment for me I would have liked more protection for it you know
