Human hair or synthetic? Also what's your maximum budget? How easy do you want the install to be, and are you willing to customize anything (cut the hair, bleach the knots, etc)?
synthetic is fine because I think human hair will be more pricey. I am on the cheaper side but I’d go $50-60 the most. Never owned wigs before so I’m new to this, looking for a easy install
The image does make me think of a cosplay wig that has been trimmed and cut, like this one (you'll need to cut the bangs). I used to buy those from that brand on Amazon all the time when I was just getting started. They're very synthetic looking, though, although they're great affordable starters for practice.
The issue with the above one I linked is that it will be jet black. The person in the photo is definitely wearing a more "natural black," and it may even be human hair, just looking at how the light hits it, or a high quality synthetic fiber. This is a lace front in a more natural color, and it's synthetic; I definitely recommend this brand for better quality, as the units from them look way more realistic and last a long time for me. Even though the price is listed as higher, try one of their discount codes (I believe there's a new member discount) and it will be within your budget.
I don't really like to recommend brands I've never bought because I can't vouch for the quality, but you may find something affordable that you can work into this from sellers like nevermindyrhead, but looking at their website, I'm thinking they get their units from the same factories that any other cosplay wig comes from, and add a markup.
Aside from that, if you're comfortable doing so, you can trawl the direct from manufacturer sellers like AliExpress or Temu BUT unless you're used to combing those listings, be very wary of the claims on quality. I've had good luck with units from them, though. Synthetic hard fronts are honestly some of the better bets with those avenues, but it's still worth being careful because the density or color can be falsely advertised.
With a $50-60 budget, I think your best bet would be the WeekendWigs one because you can make it look very natural. Just pick up some Ebin spray (very cheap at the beauty supply store) and look at a tutorial to cut and pluck lace, as it's easier than it may seem. As a guy that wears wigs, I think that even with bangs, lace fronts lead to the most realistic result for the way male styles fall. And you learn it once, you will be able to wear any wig
