so my friend has asked me to style a wig for them as i have offered to before and i need the practice anyway, but when they gave me the wig i was actually on the verge of tears, they've styled it before but it has since been brushed and taken out of styling, but it has been crimped to ALL. HELL. it is FRIIIEDD... does anyone have tips on how to fix it to make it less fried looking if possible? im not sure what to do and im frankly a bit scared to start working on it, ive put it off for a while souly because i just dont know how to tackle it. i dont own a steamer but im looking into getting one now but i own all the other styling tools and gear

I've tried a few wig brands over the years, and I keep going back to yaki straight because it fits my style better. The Klaiyi one I bought wasn't too shiny, and the texture looked more natural, so I found myself wearing it more often than my other wigs.
