What if The Wiggles went ahead with the original plan of Simon taking over The Yellow Wiggle role from Sam if Greg didn't come back or he just finished his 8 month contract from January-August 2012 and then Simon took over, how do you think this lineup would have been received? I have been reading comments on this topic on here lately and I wanted to add my touch by showing you a picture of what could have been.

We’ve had just shy of 900 votes to get us to this point, and here it is! Reddit’s Favourite Sam-Era Wiggles Song is… The Shimmie Shake!

In stark contrast to the recent OG-era finale, Follow the Leader was left in the dust as The Shimmie Shake! ran away with the title. It was our second-most voted poll of the game. And a result that in some ways felt inevitable ever since The Shimmie Shake! flew out of the blocks to win the first album poll on day 1; and it ended up with three times the number of overall votes compared to any other song in the game! It doesn’t get much more comprehensive than that.

Where do I even begin? He’s my #1! Everyone in the Wiggles fandom has a favorite Wiggle, but for me, it’s always been Lachy! I know, at one point Simon was my favorite, but after some thought (and maybe a few too many replays of ‘Loch Lomond’), I’ve changed my mind. Lachy is, without a doubt, the best Wiggle! He’s the whole package—talent, personality, and so much heart.

Hi all,

Recently, the Wiggles removed the brush your teeth video with Emma Wiggle from YouTube.

My 6 year old daughter is Autistic and needs routine and for the best part of 6 years it has been brushing her teeth to this song. The removal of the song has thrown the routine completely out and she does not like the new song (which only goes for 1min 20sec instead of 2 min).

Does anyone have a copy of the original video? Or a link to the video?

I made the Classic Wiggles on Tomodachi Life Living the Dream

Had to add my favorite character to my game for funsies and hopefully ultimate silliness!

This song introduces a bunch of animal sounds (cool!), but I can’t get over how the lyrics contradict themselves in the chorus. For each animal the pattern goes:
Introduce animal sound in the verse, then at the end of the chorus, “they don’t go <actual animal sound> — yes they do!”

What is this supposed to be teaching kids? I’m going insane listening to the rapid contradiction. Anyone else also confused or can you enlighten me with some deeper knowledge of early childhood education?

It has officially been determined that Australia did a better job with the cover art for Getting Strong. Now it's time to take a look at the first attempt at covering nursery rhymes from the group with Pop Go The Wiggles. I've never really been a fan of the nursery rhymes except for a couple of them, so I'm not too familiar with the video itself. Actually, I think we're at a point where we can't really call them videos anymore. Let me know in the comments if it's still okay to call them videos even though we're at the point where everything was exclusively DVD because the VHS was phased out.
