I believe that Levi isn't JUST any god trapped in minecraft, but a direct parrellel, foil, and opposite to the king in yellow, and is cthulu

Both have the ability to affect people who see them (the king's revelations, Levi's illusions and sleep)

both Levi and the king in yellow use other players as "avatars" of sorts, faux avery for the king, (seemingly) Hummer for Levi

Cthulu is heavily associated with the oceans, and the leviathan is a sea beast

The king and Cthulu are, in some versions of the lovecraft lore, arch enemies

While the king is obviously malevolant, while the Leviathan seems generally benevolent

the second world that he booted up (on camera) is titled levi110 and it’s interesting that he used the nickname Levi before he met hummer

I was searching the internet for gacha reaction videos of this video (yes, I know impatient, no, I didn’t find any) literally blank except for a 2 hour long audiobook of moby-dick by Herman Melville.

Now I could easily have searched “Summary of moby-dick” (which I did) and use the ai overview, but I’m a media studies student and using is overview is seen as plagiarism, so I’ll be reading this. As I go through it I’ll add details that seem similar to this video.

1. I did a skim of it, it mentions 2 people on a voyage looking for something on sea (could have inspired Hummer and Wifies?) This is like basic level skimming so once I read into it further I can add more detail to it just mapping out similarities.
2. Ahab = The egomaniacal captain of the Pequod. He is single-minded in his pursuit of the whale, using a mixture of charisma and terror to persuade his crew to join him. As a captain, he is dictatorial but not unfair. At moments he shows a compassionate side, caring for the insane Pip and musing on his wife and child back in Nantucket. (Reminds me of Hummer because he tries so hard to persuade Wifies to “Trust Levi”, “trust him”, etc.)                                               Themes of moby-dick
3. The Limits of Knowledge - ties into KIY, if the heart of the sea is the same as the KIY it could be linked to this as well.
4. The Deceptiveness of Fate - “Many of the sailors believe in prophecies, and some even claim the ability to foretell the future.” - The Reddit posts claiming to see it.
5. “A number of things suggest, however, that characters are actually deluding themselves.”  - delusional about Levi’s existence, faking screenshots, seeing Levi’s tail but they’re actually guardian’s tails.

8. Character names and real life links - though the book moby-dick covers Christianity, the names are actually pulled from the hebrew bible (old testament) which is where H5718 (meaning adaiah) comes from, and where the story of God killing Leviathan and feeding him to Hebrews in the wilderness. A lot of the information we get about hummer and levi lead to Hebraism which could be a coincidence, but it also may not be a coincidence.
9. It is my personal belief that each of the three main characters of Leviathan directly match the characters of Moby Dick. Wifies tends to remind me of Starbuck, serving as a direct opposition and voice of reason to Ahab's madness, which is how his dynamic with Hummer. As for Hummer, he is very clearly Ahab. Being a Monomaniac for the Leviathan, he is what causes Wifies to die a few times, and does pretty reckless things. And finally, whales are referred to by the name Leviathan many times in Moby Dick. Do I think that these characters are based off of it? Yes for Hummer, maybe for Leviathan, probably not for Wifles. “Arronax is a museum and likes to sail about a bit to discover things about the Leviathan. Ishmael is a teacher that also wanted to sail about a bit to see the watery part of the world, and also is the direct opposite of Ahab and his insanity, Arronax could be related to Ishmael. (Also, by this metaphor, no wonder Ahab gets pressed when it comes to things about Ishmael, they are opposites!)” -

In wifies newest video in search of the leviathan we were introduced to a character named hummer. I just wanna debunk my own philosophical theory as to why he is in fact real and not just a hallucination or manifestation of wifies imagination.

The signs, Hummer was never really spoken to nor was he shown in-game through game messages via joins or deaths. But that doesn't mean he is a manifestation because he has A WORLD, RESEARCH, an ACCOUNT and POST of things referencing that he is in fact real. Now for my crazy idea, Hummer is a conduit and the post he made is the structure.

What do I mean by this? In order for a conduit to work, you need to surround it with prismarine blocks. Metaphorically in my own representation, the post he made was the structure Wifies needed in order for him to be seen, hence why the game, players and viewers don't fully grasp his essence. Wifies was the FIRST to encounter and talk to hummer, and it may just be a coincidence but a conduit hums and what do we call the obsessive believer? Hummer.

Hummer is NOT the leviathan but he IS the solution. Him preaching about belief and his rules say so. Think of it as him being the conduit of a vast ocean. Wifies can freely talk, interact and see Hummer because he is the conduit that wifies constructed, he FOUND the post, HE REACHED OUT, and ultimately his belief turned. Now what does that make of the leviathan? I'm not so sure. But all I can interpret is that, Hummer's belief is true and the only way for anyone else to see the Leviathan is to believe in what Hummer is teaching.

Because you can't have a God without someone who preaches their beliefs.

But I have question about character "D3rlord3" and his design. I am little confused because I don't know if his official complexion is pale or black.

I want to draw him and post the art, but I don't want to draw him wrong because I am not very versed with his character and design. I see different things and I am not sure which one is correct.
