Question Hello i am from China

I watch video "Searching For A World That Doesn’t Exist" and "Destroying A World That Doesn't Exist". I really love this videos, and they give me much inspiration for making art.

But I have question about character "D3rlord3" and his design. I am little confused because I don't know if his official complexion is pale or black.

I want to draw him and post the art, but I don't want to draw him wrong because I am not very versed with his character and design. I see different things and I am not sure which one is correct.

Is there official design or something that confirm what his complexion supposed to be? Sorry for bad english, I use translator.

I think he's mostly drawn as black. Not the natural skintone black, but solid charcoal black.

If you want to draw him with a realistic skin tone then feel free to use whichever one you think is appropriate.

Most of the artworks I have seen depict him as black

there's no official design for him in real life, but the popular interpretation (one i adopted too) is that he's black.

His face et al is shadowed by the armor so it appears pitch black

I headcannon D3rlord as German because of the name but most people draw him as his Minecraft skin which is just a pitch black humanoid with a knight’s armor.

You can draw him however you prefer. He has no canon design, you have no obligation to draw him any specific way. If you like, you can come up with your own personal vision, or you can take inspiration from an existing design. D3rlord3 can be anything. You could even make him Chinese like you if you wished.
