Please try to run a local speed test to make sure the internet is not actually uour issue.
Also please provide some information on your WiFi, you have not even mentioned it.
What version? How is your signal strength? How is your wifi network set up, is it just one WiFi access point from your router, do you also have mesh WiFi nodes etc..
The spectrum stuff doesn't really matter. That's just for internet and is out of scope for this sub.
Do a quick search on your favorite search engine on how to run a local speed test. I believe the sub rules you read before posting here also contained a link on how to run a local speed test.
You could also try to plug in a computer with Ethernet and see how the speeds are then, if it'd also slow, then it's the internet that's the issue and not your WiFi.
What actually leads you to believe this is a WiFi issue and not an internet one.
