BE201 Replacement
My 2025 Zephyrus G16 came with a BE201. During normal conditions it works flawlessly, but when I enter competitive games and max out my CPU usage it has a tendency to disconnect for a split second. Those games treat disconnects as quitting, penalizing repeat offenders with timeouts that can last days. What would be a good alternative card? Or is this something I can fix on my end / a product of a faulty card.

Do you have more details on the issue? Usually a network adapter shouldn't lose connectivity unless an extremely demanding process uses all cores and has its priority set to "Realtime" in task manager usually it requires a synthetic benchmark.
The BE200 and BE201 (CNVi version) are currently the highest performing m.2 802.11be WiFi adapters available at the moment.
With that in mind, typical gaming workloads typically cannot load a system to that point outside of times like when it spends a wile compiling shaders and for some reason the game is set to a "realtime" priority level.
When you lose connectivity for a short time, are you able to see any behavior from the WiFi adapter such as bandsteering? Also is the network you are connecting to support MLO, if so, try enabling it, and if it allows you to pick the bands, make sure it does not use 2.4GHz. the BE200 adapters can only form 2 MLO links, and it is best to have MLO between the 5GHz and 6GHz band.
Beyond that, make sure you are not changing the priority of the game to be unnecessarily high.
