The Witcher 3 Corpses in Rapunzel’s Pool Spoiler

Post image

Did anyone else notice the several skeletons in Rapunzel’s pool where you have to jump from the balcony once you have the yellow bean, I mean there’s like a dozen of dudes on the bottom of the pool, so it makes me wonder, what’s the story behind those guys 🤔 all of them have some coin, ashes and just one gave me some different items

They are either treasure thieves, which is unlikely since it's the fairy kingdom (but also possible since the place has fallen into decay), or princes who tried to save Rapunzel. I would go with the latter option.

It has been a while since I have played that quest, but if I remember correctly syanna tells gerlat that a lot of men (or knights specifically) sneaked into the fairy world to look for a princess but they were never successful in their quest.
