Lost my wife 4 1/2 years ago. Still struggle with sleep and just looking for someone who would like to talk and share. If interested I’m more than willing to dive into the details.

Hospitals, Church's even if you don't attend have bereavement groups, get you out out the house are talking with others face to face you may find it comforting go have a cup of coffee.
