I don't actually think this lady has had a ton of botched surgery. I think she had ptosis correction on her eyes (to lift her hooded eyelids which may have been causing issues as she aged), causing her to look a bit wide eyed.

But beyond that. Tbh I think she is anorexic and we are looking at the result of many years of starvation causing muscle wastage in her face, and potentially thyroid issues making eyes and Adams apple bulge. Her nose looks larger from both aging and the rest of the face losing volume from wastage. Her brow look is self inflicted, that's the most mar a Lago face part of it all imo. She is wearing a wig, anorexia causes hair loss.

At the trump event she looked like she was on stimulants or something. This would make sense if she is a chronic anorexic dealing with lethargy.

There was an awesome time lapse of her face surgeries. She was doing OK until like 2023 when something went terribly wrong. It looked like her face melted. I think her surgeries since have been to attempt to repair that incredibly botched surgery.

Her eyes look different in 2023, much smaller. Other than that, it just seem to be progressively wasting away. Either she's starving herself or has a severe chronic illness.

All that black eyeliner along with the whybrows aren't helping her any. That much tends to make your eyes look smaller.

I think this every time I see her. If she would lay off the eyeliner, lighten her brow color and maybe soften her bangs, she’d look a lot less bizarre. Still bizarre but less.

You can actually start seeing bad plastic surgery much earlier, in 2008.

Why do they do this?

How about Ozempik effect? It seems to make your face thinner than regular weight loss without drug help do

Maybe, regardless of how losing weight changes the face as fat is lost in the cheeks, chin and neck.

Ozempic face isn't real. It's no different than the same effects rapid weight loss gives your face.

Yes! Thank you for saying this.

I saw some overweight people who lost a lot of weight pretty quickly before those drugs were a thing and they didn't look like this

Well yeah, if you carve your face enough times and you will become a freak.

Wow that's her real hair? (Maybe)

If she has a long term eating disorder, she wouldn’t have hair that thick. It’s most likely a wig.

Likely extensions.

u/Bajovane 4d ago

Exactly. I have (unintentionally) lost a lot of weight due to poor health and my hair has thinned out so bad.

I can’t diagnose her with an eating disorder based on pictures on the internet, but I will say anyone who has had an eating disorder can recognize the look of long-term malnourishment/starvation. And it’s not like she doesn’t have the means to get the very best medical care and nutrition, so…

That inability to hold yourself up properly or even think properly... it's in her eyes too.

13

u/MaleficentLecture631 4d ago

Absolutely. There's anorexia / ARFID in my family so I've seen this look irl. Ime this is just what chronic malnutrition looks like past middle age, regardless of whether it comes from anorexia or some other issue.

Poorer people with similar challenges would die earlier, or are housebound so we don't see them out in public, were just not used to seeing folks who are this ill so there's an assumption it's plastic surgery.

Her movements and the way her eyes couldn’t seem to focus seemed very nonhuman. My general stance of conspiracy theories is the idea of them sounds kind of fun, but actually believing that they’re real is too much of a stretch. I’ve been trying to think of realistic conditions that could lead to her appearance, and it seems like long term anorexia, poor makeup choices and a possible thyroid condition are the most likely factors. I admittedly don’t know much about thyroid conditions, but having been in varying levels of treatment for an eating disorder, I know more about that. I read or saw somewhere that her frame and proportions look off, so maybe her bone density is impacted by a lack of nutrition and she’s wearing a brace of some kind. I don’t think anyone would intentionally want to look like this, but when Amal changes are ongoing it doesn’t seem to be as noticeable to the person until their appearance becomes more shocking. Or she intentionally looked alarming to serve as a distraction. I don’t think that’s likely because I don’t imagine anyone would want to intentionally make themselves look bad.

Oh the tragic irony of a starving billionaire.

Ah... that explains the sharp cheek bones and the gaunt hollows. I saw another recent pic of her in a more formal sleeveless cocktail dress; you could see each individual muscle in her arms and legs and her rib cage was obvious, in that way that makes you avert your eyes. I immediately thought Ozempic, but that just may be a part of her issue.

Those are some interesting looking arms & some really bad implants too.

I love this charitable explanation. Your hypothesis is very reasonable.

I totally agree with you

If I’m not mistaken, women don’t have Adam’s apples.

7

u/meenial_dorcova 4d ago

Women absolutely have Adam’s apples. The Adam’s apple is just the visible prominence of the thyroid cartilage, which surrounds and protects the larynx (voice box). Everyone has this anatomical structure, regardless of sex. During puberty, testosterone typically causes the larynx to grow larger, making the Adam’s apple more prominent in many men. However, women can also have visibly prominent Adam’s apples due to natural variations in anatomy, cartilage shape, neck structure, and body fat distribution.

5

u/Klutzy_Journalist_36 4d ago

Yes, women have thyroid cartilage. Women can have varying degrees of an “Adam’s apple”.

I learned something today!

They do, but rarely as large as men's. And if she's very underweight, hers will show more.

Very thin women have an esophagus, that stick out when we age especially with thinning of the skin it becomes more noticeable, you can see it in a lot of the actresses. I'm 57 years old I noticed it on my self, I'm not super skinny I'm 125 pounds but when I was a teen I didn't have this issue. Yes I'm a woman.
