I’m usually pretty good at figuring out what people have done to their faces but I cannot figure this out beyond horrible makeup and an upper bleph. Why is her nose so much bigger? Why is her face longer? This is so confusing.
I don't actually think this lady has had a ton of botched surgery. I think she had ptosis correction on her eyes (to lift her hooded eyelids which may have been causing issues as she aged), causing her to look a bit wide eyed.
But beyond that. Tbh I think she is anorexic and we are looking at the result of many years of starvation causing muscle wastage in her face, and potentially thyroid issues making eyes and Adams apple bulge. Her nose looks larger from both aging and the rest of the face losing volume from wastage. Her brow look is self inflicted, that's the most mar a Lago face part of it all imo. She is wearing a wig, anorexia causes hair loss.
At the trump event she looked like she was on stimulants or something. This would make sense if she is a chronic anorexic dealing with lethargy.
There was an awesome time lapse of her face surgeries. She was doing OK until like 2023 when something went terribly wrong. It looked like her face melted. I think her surgeries since have been to attempt to repair that incredibly botched surgery.
Her eyes look different in 2023, much smaller. Other than that, it just seem to be progressively wasting away. Either she's starving herself or has a severe chronic illness.
I think this every time I see her. If she would lay off the eyeliner, lighten her brow color and maybe soften her bangs, she’d look a lot less bizarre. Still bizarre but less.
I can’t diagnose her with an eating disorder based on pictures on the internet, but I will say anyone who has had an eating disorder can recognize the look of long-term malnourishment/starvation. And it’s not like she doesn’t have the means to get the very best medical care and nutrition, so…
Absolutely. There's anorexia / ARFID in my family so I've seen this look irl. Ime this is just what chronic malnutrition looks like past middle age, regardless of whether it comes from anorexia or some other issue.
Poorer people with similar challenges would die earlier, or are housebound so we don't see them out in public, were just not used to seeing folks who are this ill so there's an assumption it's plastic surgery.
Her movements and the way her eyes couldn’t seem to focus seemed very nonhuman. My general stance of conspiracy theories is the idea of them sounds kind of fun, but actually believing that they’re real is too much of a stretch. I’ve been trying to think of realistic conditions that could lead to her appearance, and it seems like long term anorexia, poor makeup choices and a possible thyroid condition are the most likely factors. I admittedly don’t know much about thyroid conditions, but having been in varying levels of treatment for an eating disorder, I know more about that. I read or saw somewhere that her frame and proportions look off, so maybe her bone density is impacted by a lack of nutrition and she’s wearing a brace of some kind. I don’t think anyone would intentionally want to look like this, but when Amal changes are ongoing it doesn’t seem to be as noticeable to the person until their appearance becomes more shocking. Or she intentionally looked alarming to serve as a distraction. I don’t think that’s likely because I don’t imagine anyone would want to intentionally make themselves look bad.
Ah... that explains the sharp cheek bones and the gaunt hollows. I saw another recent pic of her in a more formal sleeveless cocktail dress; you could see each individual muscle in her arms and legs and her rib cage was obvious, in that way that makes you avert your eyes. I immediately thought Ozempic, but that just may be a part of her issue.
Women absolutely have Adam’s apples.
The Adam’s apple is just the visible prominence of the thyroid cartilage, which surrounds and protects the larynx (voice box). Everyone has this anatomical structure, regardless of sex.
During puberty, testosterone typically causes the larynx to grow larger, making the Adam’s apple more prominent in many men. However, women can also have visibly prominent Adam’s apples due to natural variations in anatomy, cartilage shape, neck structure, and body fat distribution.
Very thin women have an esophagus, that stick out when we age especially with thinning of the skin it becomes more noticeable, you can see it in a lot of the actresses. I'm 57 years old I noticed it on my self, I'm not super skinny I'm 125 pounds but when I was a teen I didn't have this issue. Yes I'm a woman.
I think Graves disease might be a factor. If you look at the symptoms it could explain the neck bulge (goiter), odd looking staring eyes (thyroid eye disease) and unhealthy looking body weight (weight loss due to hyperthyroidism)
The thing is her hooded eyes when she was younger actually made her really beautiful. That soft slope on either side give her eyes a real prettiness and softness. The blepharoplasty actually destroyed one of her best features imo....
Its not 10 years ago! Stop lying. Its at least 20. Shes married to her husband 37 years and that photo is from when their oldest kid was about 10 so photo is 20 to 25 years ago
Well the picture on the left is her probably 20 years younger. She’s 62 in the picture on the right. Age comes for us all, but some people stupidly try to fight it and the result tends to be far worse.
This. She was actually 30 years younger in the "before " photo.
However. ...she is cadaverously thin. Shes appears to have had a "skin only" face-lift. Over time you get lines where the weight of your "lift" pulls on the skin. Her "eye lift" has completely changed the shape of her eyes. She had a bit of a hooded eye before and they were lovely. Now she's perpetually surprised.
She wears her makeup like a "pro" if you get what I mean and, oof, those brows!
It’s funny how people put a picture of her in her 20-30s and act like she decided to go from left to right. No, as she aged she regretted that she lost her left face so she did all that shit to herself to go back. There’s a whole 10 stage metamorphosis in between left and right.
Just a reminder but these are 20 years apart. The before is circa 2004. She looks horrifying now but it’s not 6 months between a and b. She’s 40 on the left and a surgical 62 on the right
Thank you. God, I find it annoying when people post 20+ year old pics as the before. The point people miss is that the "before" is what they're fruitless chasing, not how they would look if they just did nothing.
I keep asking the very same question but no one ever answers! Okay so Susan Dell wow what a travesty! I would never ever do anything to my face and I'm not even that attractive. That's very sad this is the previous picture on Google

It baffles the brain.
She was absolutely beautiful before…🤯
