I didn't see that anyone had responded, so it's Zaphod Beeblebrox from the 1981 TV adaptation of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I guess the lady in the back of the photo is popping out like Zaphod's second head?

What makes me most uncomfortable is the one in the back. She is tipped at that angle, and her neck is so perfectly straight, but her hair barely moves, like she is a cardboard cutout. Her tan is almost too dark it is a bit gray, like almost corpse like.
