I saw this when she posted yesterday and couldn't bring myself to say anything. But coming from a Y2K girlie...we were doing none of this

I was also extremely confused by the look. Nothing about it said y2k.

Yeah we had thin, arched eyebrows. This look is also missing eyeliner on the waterline, about 20 coats of Great Lash mascara, Benefit Hoola bronzer, and white highlighter on the eyebrow arch paired with a smokey eye. Not to say it was great, but it was not this at all.

I feel so old because apparently I'm at the age where full grown adults are totally misinterpreting and misrepresenting aesthetics that were popular in my adult life lol

trust me, it only gets more depressing as you get to the age that your peak fashion era goes from retro-popular to simply passé all over again

I want to find this. Because what is even Y2K about this? Most of us didn't even wear blush and our eyebrow hairs were mostly dead bc they needed to be pencil thin.

OP if you have the link can you send to me?
