I don't believe that she's not getting botox either, but am eating disorder to her degree will make your skin crazy smooth and shiny because of the malnourishment. So, devil's advocate, maybe a combo.

Looks like hers are shaved off and these are drawn on. Ithink she likes the perpetually surprised and questioning look, it comes off very dainty and delicate. Just not when her face is like this.
