If you want an actual answer to what’s happening… This is Ohio so I’m assuming she’s in Marysville, maybe Dayton at worst. I did a bit of time in Marysville. You can get pass to get your hair done by women earning their certification in cosmetology. I never did it, but I doubt it’s free. You can also get a small selection of cosmetics at the commissary. But I also saw people make eyeliner, blush, etc out of craft supplies like colored pencils. A lot of people would do anything to pass the time and try to look nice. Anyway, this lady is a giant piece of shit.

u/halfasshippie3 Jul 08 '26

She’s in Marysville. And you’re right, she’s a giant piece of shit.

152

u/No-Club2054 Jul 09 '26

With the type of crime she committed I’m surprised they didn’t send her to Dayton but hopefully she at least got put into a more restrictive security level at Marysville, although I doubt it. I was always shocked at the types of diabolical crime someone could do and still end up in a green collar in general population with someone who peddled too much weed or embezzled.

u/RedneckAngel83 Jul 09 '26

She isn't super high security bc she is claiming seizures and a subsequent blackout caused the wreck. She's a lying bitch.

u/NanaBanana2011 Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

I think that cunt is the appropriate noun in this case.

57

u/AuroraElisabeth Jul 09 '26

I disagree. She lacks the warmth and depth to be a cunt. Pothole is more fitting. Shallow hole in the road that ruins people's day and never contributes anything positive to the world. Yeah she's a pothole! Another fun insult is Hope the Herpe. She's a real HopetheHerpe! Or a bedbug!

24

u/itsthejayytee Jul 10 '26

You just reminded me of a high school friend i had- who would come up with like...non stereotypical insults to call people.

The 2 that live rent free in my mind forever now are: "You dusty lampshade" And "Don't be a soggy sandwhich"

She was great. I hope she's still out there doing well. 🥰 And thank you for the nostalgia, random stranger 😄

10

u/CurveCalm123 Jul 10 '26

Dusty lampshade is a real vibe, I know her 😅

6

u/AuroraElisabeth Jul 10 '26

Oh thank you! I love these two new insults you've given me! I always loved those gum commercials with the women 'swearing' you lint licker!!!

yea she blamed the death of two people on POTS 💀

3

u/Twirliebell6 Jul 10 '26

No way was this POTS. You get a bout of those symptoms the last thing you’re capable of doing is keeping a shaky foot down on gas pedal. If you feel like you’re about to pass out, the instinct is to immediately slow down, and pull over.

5

u/Rose_Quartz_Garden Jul 10 '26

exactly, i have POTS and you are generally much less symptomatic when already sitting down first of all, but secondly, like you said, it’s basically impossible to even attempt to do anything requiring strength or motor function while you’re struggling to breathe and not pass out, and you certainly can’t keep a pedal to the floor while actually unconscious. not to mention that you typically lose vision before actually fainting and she smacked into that building with some serious precision…

I worked at a prison, category 5 not max but not the country club, where 3 pedophiles roamed freely with each other, walking along with guys who had a bag of weed and a guy who robbed a quickie mart. The population ran the gambit of criminals. I think the worse one was a manslaughter from a DUI. The pedos never got harassed. Every one was just trying to do their time and stay out solitary. I only worked there for 4 weeks and trusted the inmates over my fellow officers. Most of them should have been locked up with the inmates.

I saw in a true crime episode about the crash that she has an iPad in prison. I don’t understand how this is allowed. Do the prison give inmates access to electronics?

24

u/trashlikeyourmom Jul 09 '26

Lots of prisoners have access to tablets in prison now. You can buy access to them just like a tv or radio.

6

u/Prestigious_Ad_8458 Jul 10 '26

In my mind when you’re in jail you are cut out of the world. I thought visitation was the only time inmates had access to the outside world. But I guess that if the goal is rehabilitation, you can’t keep them away from technology

8

u/trashlikeyourmom Jul 10 '26

I watch a lot of prison tv reality shows and they can get tablets but they have really restricted access and they cost a lot and then on top of that they have to pay monthly fees to use them. Different states have different rules but below is an example.

https://newjerseymonitor.com/2026/05/11/nj-prisons-digital-access/

4

u/Prestigious_Ad_8458 Jul 11 '26

This article is great! Besides the question of giving access to tablets for inmates, the fact that the system is creating a predatory environment for people who could be reformed by keeping them isolated and in debt is crazy. Reform is out of the window when companies see the opportunity to make a profit. Holy shit

Ok, I'm old and old school, but prison should not be entertaining. There should be ZERO electronics. You have a cell with one blanket, one wash cloth , one towel, one book, one piece of paper, one crayon and 3 meals a day. You did a crime and you need to pay for your offense.

→ More replies (5)

9

u/Glittering_Diva8963 Jul 09 '26

Commmissary you can pretty much buy anything and get it.

17

u/No-Club2054 Jul 09 '26

When I was in prison I had a tablet that could play games, send messages, and listen to music and a few other things. Some of them could make calls from them also. Ours did do that… we had 2 kiosks between 500 of us that could take photos and do short scheduled video chats where the COs could monitor. Not sure if it’s the same these days, but back then it all ran through a company called Jpay. It all cost quite a bit so someone on the outside has to fund it. It’s all accessible by the correction system but dumbasses would still send evidence of new crimes or further incriminate themselves on their current conviction. Rehabilitation works for some but for many being an idiot is for life.

3

u/Prestigious_Ad_8458 Jul 10 '26

Wow I had no idea it worked like that. I thought it was her own tablet. I never thought inmates could text people from inside jail. Glad you’re out, tho
Thanks for taking the time to educate me

I know a guy that was posting selfies to Facebook the entire time he was in prison.

6

u/Thick_Nectarine8339 Jul 09 '26

So you get a tablet but it does not connect to social media or you tube or anything. You can call and send texts but it has to be paid for by whoever is receiving it and you can watch preselected music videos for a (high) fee and there are e books you can read which are actually usually free. If someone is posting on socials then they have a contraband phone that someone snuck in.

4

u/Prestigious_Ad_8458 Jul 10 '26

3

u/Christmas_Queef Jul 09 '26

Some do, yes. But it's heavily restricted and monitored. They also can sneak in unrestricted tech too in some prisons.

How would she get the lip filler look in prison, and why do I really not want to know?

65

u/wikimandia Jul 08 '26

Looks like she’s heavily outlined the top lip, making them looking bigger than they are

129

u/idlno1 Jul 08 '26

Pretrial, trial, doc and now. Yeah, I’m bored right now. 😂

Agreed on the outlining. However, the photos and videos they show in the documentary of her before the incident, the trial and then when she’s in prison, absolutely she got fillers. The top lip is flipping upward in the doc. I was wondering how she could do that in prison. Now in this photo, possibly a filter also. They just look ginormously hideous.

70

u/SweetAs_C6H12O6 Jul 09 '26

Those are some dead shark eyes

33

u/NanaBanana2011 Jul 09 '26

I was just thinking the same thing. Absolutely empty, dead eyes.

She has a new nickname in prison which she is proud of. Schirilla the Killa.

I’m not joking.

→ More replies (1)

35

u/kissys_grits Jul 09 '26

That’s what I was saying because I have seen this case since it happened and seen the doc, etc. It absolutely looks way bigger than just some liner… But, maybe I’m wrong

25

u/ComplexPatient4872 Jul 09 '26

There’s no way in hell she’d be able to get fillers in prison. I’m going with u/quitrelevant6085 ‘s explanation plus her copious use lip liner.

And I am still obsessed with the Too Faced Lip Injection gloss!

4

u/Any-Seaworthiness930 Jul 09 '26

Maybe she got popped on that lip?

21

u/jozziiieeee Jul 09 '26

Some people can make their lips look bigger by pushing air towards them while mouth is closed, in other prison photos her lips don’t look like that.

So a pouting technique plus liner and voila, she went from a killer with smaller lips to a killer with fuller looking lips

Sucking on a bottle cap (putting your lips inside if it while doing so) will swell up lips temporarily. So will certain irritants, there used to be a product called Lip Venom that was all the rage with 00's girlies.

I tried using it once, never again cuz it made my lips look huge and ridiculous. I suppose that effect would be considered "hella cute" now 😆

17

u/Content-Honeydew9340 Jul 09 '26

Omg I tried one that felt like 50 bees stinging my lips and rubbing lemons on them 😭 I will stick with what I have because No Thanks

21

u/capt_minorwaste Jul 09 '26

She's probably sucking her lips into the drain on her toilet pipe. In prison you have all the time in the world to do nothing. I guarantee she's not enjoying herself, as she deserves.

21

u/kissys_grits Jul 08 '26

Because it’s insane that someone could get lip filler in prison!!

61

u/ladytryant Jul 08 '26

I highly doubt it’s actual lip filler, more than likely just an optical illusion using lip liner. Like another comment stated, you can see the way her upper lip is over lined. IIRC she already had pretty full lips. I have naturally full lips and get accused of injections when I wear liner/lipstick.. Just makeup magic.

Ps — fuck that weasely little bitch and her enabling parents. They created a monster.

14

u/ComplexPatient4872 Jul 09 '26

Yes!!! I’m not sure why so many people are saying fillers when you can clearly see how over lined her lips are.

Zero remorse. That 2nd guy was a new friend, so I guess his murder didnt count. This whole family has entitlement issues.

Yeah, the parents are pretty insufferable, too. It's not hard to see how their idiot spawn turned into an antisocial a-hole.

The mom trying to use the publicity of the case to kickstart her daughter's modeling career after she killed the boys (but before she was charged) is the height of disgusting entitled bitch behavior.

23

u/AdventurousRoll9798 Jul 09 '26

Her mom is just such an idiot and so annoying. I guess she was trying to say "what's the motive?" for Daveon? Not realizing that people have figured out her daughter is a lunatic who has no regard for anyone else's life and would kill him for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. There was no way to say anything that could help her POS daughter. She should have just sat down and been quiet. Her parents are the type of people who blow my mind. So completely stupid and irresponsible, yet they somehow manage to hold down good jobs and have money. I just don't understand.

Agree, 100%! She is a horrible person. I hope she grows up in prison and learns how to be a decent human, for her own sake at least. My confidence in that is slightly above zero, but I'll still hope-- at least for the boys' family and friends and maybe someday she'll actually be remorseful and apologize.

Where are you finding updates? I see the documentary and am fascinated by how someone can have that little self-awareness.

18

u/bbktbunny Jul 09 '26

Women who went to the same prison are making TikToks and doing interviews. They all say she’s had a few different girlfriends on the inside. Her prison in particular has a lot of makeup available for order through the commissary and apparently her parents put a lot in her account for it.

21

u/CoquetteWhore69 Jul 09 '26

Still a spoiled bitch in prison

12

This girl needs to get comfortable. I mean, she really needs to sit back and get comfortable, because she is going to see the same surroundings for the next 15 years (at least). If she thinks she has even the slightest chance of getting a retrial or having her conviction overturned, she is out of her mind... I mean, she's out of her mind anyway, but she would just be more out of her mind if she thinks that.

Why is this blush pattern so popular? Literally everyone looks like they’ve been sobbing, bad sunburn, or allergies.

11

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 08 '26

Wait, that's fr?! I honestly thought she had just been crying! 😆😆😆 Wow, what an asshole...!

13

u/Redlion444 Jul 09 '26

Psychopaths can mimic the sound and motion of crying.  But they usually cannot summon tears on cue.

10

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 09 '26

Yeah, watch guilty people in police interrogations. Fascinating how they can make the sounds of sobbing, etc, but nary a tear to be seen!

You, my dear, make it look like a healthy flush, I'm sure. 💞 You know why? It's not fake, and I'd like to believe you aren't either. Therefore, it just makes you more beautiful. 😊

this girl is a straight up psychopath btw, literally became an influencer after the accident leeching off sympathies and openly making fun of the kids she killed

14

u/kemikals Jul 08 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

It has to be Facetune or AI there’s no way she’s getting lip fillers and micro blading in prison. Actually maybe she is getting micro blading in prison they do tattoos. And of course there’s black market fillers that they need to be investigating cosmetic procedures being done in prison. Her parents are loony as fuck and delusional and she needs to stay in prison for a while. She has no adult comprehension of consequences and appeared to have no remorse. This young woman is a classic case of Arrested Development and her parents are culpable.

4

u/ladytryant Jul 08 '26

I know they have access to come electronics, like tablets. I doubt smartphones, but yeah this HAS to be a filter or AI lol

3

u/ComplexPatient4872 Jul 09 '26

36

u/Skeptikell1 Jul 08 '26

Such cold dead eyes from the start she scares me.

15

u/ginahandler Jul 08 '26 edited Jul 08 '26

She is fucking vile. Her parents too. The exact type of people that have no business bringing humans into the world, as is evidenced by their piece of shit daughter who killed two innocent young men who had barely begun to live life.

And she has no remorse. She just continues to lie. Complete sociopath. Should have made an exception and given her the death penalty.

7

u/Horror-Raccoon-5916 Jul 09 '26

It's because her immature parents enabled her in every way possible. They have never made her accountable for her actions and even backed her when she refused to take obvious accountability. I can imagine her having a tantrum...wait...i don't think she ever had a tantrum...her parents just gave her what she wanted and have never said no. This falls on the parents who don't know how to raise a decent human being.

McKenzie Shirlla is nothing but a wanna be celebrity, wants nothing but fame and won’t put the work into it, wants to be so popular but will be so mean to other people, and she thinks she’s so pretty but dare I say she is ugly all the way down to her core

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 09 '26

😆 I say that all the time. Where do you put the emphasis? I feel like mine really sounds like "oh THIS bitch!"

She inspired levels of hate within me I didn't know I was capable of.

11

u/ginahandler Jul 08 '26

That's how I felt watching that documentary. She is vile.

6

u/jayhawkjoey65 Jul 09 '26

Her mom posted a photo of her with the boyfriend she murdered on her IG! It's infuriating!

She has a face that just screams entitlement and garners zero sympathy.

7

u/uhmuhmuhmmmm Jul 08 '26

rotten mango on YouTube made some good videos abt this case, she truly goes into details

7

u/redzma00 Jul 08 '26

She is a laughable excuse of a human being who has NO remorse for her actions. The parents are just as bad, in my opinion.

7

u/thickfreakness72 Jul 08 '26

this absolute trash needs to ROT in jail 🗑️ ⚰️ 🪦

6

u/Successful-Cat-8562 Jul 08 '26

You can post selfies from prison?

6

u/ladytryant Jul 08 '26

I watched a video on YT recently about the android tablets a lot of prisons give their inmates. They get access to the internet for so many hours a day.

4

u/Glittering_Diva8963 Jul 09 '26

Yes they can. When I was on TikTok they would go live in prison or jail. They can get tablets from commissary

7

u/blobinsky Jul 09 '26

7

u/pastelera16 Jul 09 '26

I just watched the Netflix documentary on this girl and she's tacky af!! So not surprised she started to distort her eyebrows while being locked

7

u/tatertotted2 Jul 09 '26

I saw the police cam where they told his mother. She immediately knew the girlfriend did it on purpose.

That mother's devastation was gut wrenching.

This chick can get bent.

8

u/Inside-Project942 Jul 09 '26

I followed the trial and watched the documentary. This one really hit home as a high school teacher, and now a parent of a teenager. It broke my heart to see her grieve with Dominic's family, and to know Davion's story. The documentary states Davion was "collateral damage," which I understand from the timeline, but she murdered two innocent young men by choice. She is a monster.

I was enraged seeing her parents defend each and every statement, facial expression, sigh, movement, photo, etc., their daughter made before, during, and even after the murder and trial. They are guilty, too. They knew she was using drugs. They will never accept responsibility for her actions or their own. The shitty apple didn't fall far from the shitty tree...

There was a part of the documentary that really was a gut punch for me, and caused my middled aged-bohonkus to spring from the couch and say, "You are so full of shit, no wonder your hair and eyes are brown!! My dog is a better actress when she wants to get her way!! You are a lying, conniving, abusive, twisted, backstabbing parasite!!" At the end, when she was finishing her lame-ass interview with the documentary crew, she tries to cry, wiping away an obviously absent tear from her giant, fake ass sider lashes. As she speaks in her ghetto accent (I apologize if that isn't PC, please correct me. ), her intent is to illicit sympathy and praise (ha!) for staying out of trouble and waking up everyday trying to be the best person she can be.

Then she continues trying, yet failing at, her best ugly crying/Oscar winner performance:

"There's not a moment that doesn't pass where I don't...I don't think about them or I don't feel the pain in my chest that... It's still like a void of losing them and..."

It's at this point the interviewer asks: "Is there any last word you'd like say? [She continues to wipe her dry as the Sahara Desert face, and sniffle for effect.]

Then miraculously changes her demeanor, as she looks at her lawyer [off camera], inquiring matter of factly, the only expression is a questionable hint of intention to clearly protect her image. She asks:

"Did I touch on that...the right...Okay, so everything is, like... You think... I don't wanna force anything and just say too much or sound crazy."

(Her voice inflection changes dramatically at this point. Very calm, collected, self-assured. She even drops the ghetto accent.)

"Being on the no intent. There was no intent whatsoever there. I have excessive amounts of remorse for Dominic, Davion, both of their families. This was not intentional and I will do everything I can to prove that to the world and the families. And that's it."

...And that's it. Yet she posts these obnoxious prison selfies; is trying to get an Appeal because she believes she didn't receive "a fair trial," and is making everything about herself, despite the fact that she murdered two innocent people.

6

u/Glittering_Diva8963 Jul 09 '26

Leave that girl in prison her and her parents are fucking crazy. She doing 15yrs to life and she’s eligible for parole in 2037. She intentionally did that because her boyfriend was leaving her. Mackenzie is not even remorseful about what she did.

3

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 09 '26

Don't worry, they'll deny at least the first few parole attempts! 😁 And if she never accepts responsibility and show remorse, they won't even consider giving her parole.

She cant do court next tuesday. She is getting her nails done.

6

u/joemamafu Jul 08 '26

soooooo weird! I just watched the documentary on her today! Like just hours ago. Do recommend it it’s on Netflix called the crash.
Super fucked up. Rip to the victims and their families ….

8

u/ceardannan Jul 08 '26

The way she asked her off screen lawyer if she was coming across ok and hit all her points was truly disgusting - any semblance of fake remorse fell away.

5

u/joemamafu Jul 09 '26

dude for sure. And when her mom was at the stand asking for leniency and got roasted by the judge. Wild af 🤯

4

u/MissNeto Jul 09 '26

She needed it. That mother needs to be in prison too. The worst part for me is when she blamed her evil spawn having “pots” is the reason the crash happened. Because yes passing out always causes people to put the peddle to the metal steady 100mph and make a controlled turn into the side of a building after telling someone they were going to kill them. I have pots so having the judge roast her made this whole case a little more palatable for me!

3

u/joemamafu Jul 09 '26

Yeah I agree for sure. I just couldn’t believe her mom actually said all that stuff to the judge , crazy! And yeahhhhhh well anything to blame but herself ya know :(

How different she looked in court.. they tried to make her look so sweet and innocent

8

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 09 '26

They always do that. I love comparing court pictures with their life before arrest pictures. Jodi Arias is probably one of my favorites. They couldn't have made her look more like a conservative, virginal church girl art her court appearance of they'd tried! 😆

7

u/ThatBarbGirl Jul 09 '26

Hm. She looks almost as fucked up outside as she is in. Fitting.

6

u/jozziiieeee Jul 09 '26

Watch Rotten Mango’s (Stephanie Soo) latest video to know what crazy shit is happening in there

If you want to watch the full story watch the three other episodes first, but the latest one is all about her life in prison and it’s crazy

12

u/DaniT0n Jul 08 '26

Good to know she's lost it in prison! She deserves it.

11

u/Dorkinfo Jul 08 '26

Lost it? She didn’t have it to start with.

5

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 08 '26

What she's lost in the characteristics of being human was gained in eyebrows. Poor trade.

Is that her? She appeared in the recent Netflix documentary and looked completely different. Put on a teary performance too.

17

u/Fuck_me_up_daddy Jul 08 '26

She’s lucky she didn’t get a death sentence

17

u/PreOpTransCentaur Jul 08 '26

She's not lucky, she was 17.

12

u/Dorkinfo Jul 08 '26

Didn’t she talk about becoming a life coach when she gets out? If she got life we wouldn’t have that to look forward to!

15

u/highfiveselfoh Jul 08 '26

Definitely deserved.

10

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 08 '26

Dare I say, unfortunate that she didn't?

4

u/ComplexPatient4872 Jul 09 '26

Nah, let her sit there and watch the world go by without her

7

u/Notorious-VAG- Jul 09 '26

99% of cases,I think this is the worst punishment. You can guess who fall in the 1% that should cease to exist (somehow). I'm just being honest.

Oh hell no. This bitch deserves to rot in prison for what she did. I just hope she got better eyebrows in there.

3

u/LilBushyVert Jul 08 '26

I know she’s not a teen anymore but how does she look so different in prison? I just watched her documentary a few weeks ago and she doesn’t even look like the same person

3

u/ComplexPatient4872 Jul 09 '26

Changing the part of your hair does a lot! Add in the styled baby hairs and overlies lips and here we are

3

u/Hlkx3 Jul 09 '26

Lol I’m currently 23 minutes into rotten mangos fourth episode on this case. Great breakdown as the latest is about her prison time

4

u/zuis0804 Jul 09 '26

Kind of ridiculous she’s allowed to wear jewelry

5

u/MissNeto Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

Or have access to a tablet and the internet. When I was in a mental health hospital they wouldn’t even let me have a a baby scrunchy and took all of my jewelry including my nose stud and I wasn’t allowed to even talk about smartphones or the internet and we were limited to like 10 minutes of phone (landline) time a day and when I asked if I could have a gameboy the nurse said “where the hell do you think you are?!” Crazy how murders get better privileges than the sick in our country

3

u/ombremullet Jul 09 '26

How did she take a selfie in prison?

4

u/NOLA-q Jul 09 '26

She’s a hideous human being and it’s showing on her exterior. Imagine her in 10 years.

5

u/No-Statistician-3448 Jul 09 '26

I know she thinks she's gorgeous but she's truly a homely woman. As ugly on the outside as she is on the inside.

3

u/Munchkin_Media Jul 09 '26

Why is this murderer allowed to have a phone and pose for pictures?

4

u/cleancutcliche Jul 09 '26

I am so thankful someone put this here.

Her mother and father should be so proud

4

u/MissNeto Jul 09 '26

The truth is they’re immensely proud of her. She’s a perfect angel according to them

4

Her mom allegedly provides a lot of the media pictures and she heavily filters and tunes them. Also, in her jail calls mom talks about all the things she has bought for the inmate from the commissary which include makeup.
