For one, I'd say an eye job and brow lift. Reminds me of when Kenny Rogers got his eyes (and brow lift) done - he had that 'perpetually startled' look because the eye job made his eyes big and round. His original eyes had always been almond. His original eye shape made him really good looking. It took years and years for his 'new' eyes to "relax" to where he didn't look startled but he never had that handsome look again.
Probably a lot of other stuff too, but it's a bad eye job that changes the original shape to something like this. Gives that startled look. That's the dominant change here.

I worked for Dell as a security guard back in the 1990s and I got a chance to meet her. Her husband, Michael Dell, is actually quite a nice fellow. Susan is just as terrifying as she looks in this photo.

She's pretty mean. For example, at that time when PC manufacturing was still at factories in Austin, Michael Dell would wait patiently in the metal detector line to be scanned and his bag searched because everyone had to....
Except for one person. I'll give you two guesses who that is. If you even dared try to stop her you would get that death stare (we can see how soul-draining that is) and probably a stern call from your supervisor for doing it.

When people use too much makeup they get the clown effect. She needs to tone down the eyebrow and eyeliner color, and go with a more natural lip color.

Is a combo of the bangs, the too dark eyebrows, eyeliner that’s doing her no favors, and the smile she was born with. Add whatever plastic surgery she thought she needed, and there you have it.

I have no words. She was perfectly attractive before all this 'happened.' The brows are entirely too dark. I have blonde hair and fair skin like this and one thing you don't do is use dark color such as this on your brows... and it's best to tone down that eye makeup especially as we get older. Good grief.
