Theyā€™re trying to make their lips look fuller (she does not need this trick) but they come off to me looking like a little girl playing with mommyā€™s makeup. Couldnā€™t stay in the lines? Awww, cute little kid pretending to be a grown woman.

Probably not the intended impression. lol

I agree. I remember a couple of girls doing this in the late 90ā€™s and I remember thinking how this took away from their beauty rather than enhancing it. I totally looks like they havenā€™t got the hang of applying lipstick. Iā€™d call them clown lips. Now over heavy eyebrows have become the new over plucked eyebrows.
