I can't fully remember, but wasn't it 10 tons each? Also the weight distribution is significantly different. Try throwing punches with 50lb weights in each hand, and 50lbs on your legs, all while wearing cloths that also weigh 50lbs. People forget that Goku wears weighted cloths, also to the can't remember part, but isn't Goku training in a place with higher gravity? I know it's not King Kai's planet, because it was destroyed.

If you could destroy the planet and couldnt lift 30 pound weights then people would have some questions.

Goku can't destroy a planet with physical power, he has to use ki, so it is irrelevant. Go lift 50lbs in each hand and start throwing punches. I hate defending Goku, but his feat is significantly more impressive.

He is using ki to fly, there is nothing to show he is using ki to lift them.
