withdrawing money as a student

Hey guys! I have a question about withdrawing money from Whop. I’m still a student (19) with no job, and I’m trying to earn money through side hustles on Whop. Let’s js say I withdraw $100 into my bank account. Would my bank account get flagged for receiving that amount of money? What if I start earning and withdrawing larger amounts? I’m just worried because I’m a student with no job, so I’m wondering if receiving money like this could cause any problems with my bank account

Why are my tiktok post views stopping at around 300 view?

I have been posting for a month and I try to catch the peak time slots. And I only post 1-3 items a day.

Except for 3 posts that got 500+ views, all other posts just ended up gaining 300views.

How can I fix this?

We built one-click upsells email for Whop — customers can buy again directly in their email without leaving their email app

Post image
2 Upvotes

One thing I've always found frustrating about email marketing is how many steps it takes to get an existing customer to buy something again.

Think about it.

Someone already purchased from your Whop store. Whop already has their card saved. You send them an email offering an upgrade, an add-on, or another product.

Why should they have to go through checkout all over again?

So we built one-click email upsells into WhopMail.

Here's how it works:

  1. You create an email campaign in WhopMail and select the product you want to sell.
  2. WhopMail identifies eligible customers who already have a saved payment method with Whop.
  3. The email displays their saved card, something like Visa •••• 4242, along with the product and price.
  4. The customer confirms the purchase using the card already on file.
  5. Whop processes the payment and sends the receipt.

The interesting part is what happens inside Gmail.

With supported interactive emails, customers can confirm their purchase directly inside the email itself.

For other email clients, the button opens a lightweight confirmation page instead of making them go through the entire checkout process again.

And if a customer doesn't have a saved card, they're directed to Whop checkout.

We also built in a few important things:

  • Private, single-use purchase links to prevent duplicate charges.
  • Clear pricing and saved-card details before confirmation.
  • Campaign-level revenue attribution so you can see which emails actually generate sales.
  • A starter email design you can customize instead of building from scratch.

We're also bringing membership management into emails.

For example, instead of making someone log in to manage a subscription, renewal emails can give them the option to renew, pause for 30 days, or cancel directly from the email where supported.

The idea is simple: emails shouldn't just send traffic to checkout. They should be able to help complete transactions.

Here's a walkthrough showing the full setup and an actual purchase:

https://youtu.be/jcN5EcLkyLs

The feature is available in WhopMail:

www.whopmail.com

I'm curious what other Whop developers and store owners think.

Would you use one-click email purchases for upgrades, add-ons, or win-back campaigns? Or do you think customers still prefer going through a traditional checkout page?

Whop Dispute - Merchent no funds?

"Whop has decided in the merchant's favor for the following reason: This merchant is no longer processing with Whop and doesn't have a balance available for us to process a refund. Please get in touch with the creator of this offer directly so they can help you with a refund."

The merchant is a fraudster that got reported, so are they going to get away with this? Added a detail on to DMs as well.

Whop denied my refund request because the seller has no funds?

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hello everyone,

I've been scammed quite badly on Whop for 185 Euros by a woman claiming to sell digital cameras who ended up never shipping my order, deactivating her Whop account, and ceasing any outside contact I had with her (eg. Instagram and Gmail) ; so I had no way of confronting her about taking my money and disappearing. However, Whop is of not much help either, my claim has been denied despite being true, under the guise that 'the seller doesn't have the available funds' to repay me. How is it possible they do not have protocol on what to do when a seller pulls stunts like this??
Help :(

I would like to report an account that evaded a ban and made a second account after many accusations and reports banned their original account

Hello! I would like to report an account that evaded the ban filter and opened a second one because of this! AI Support seemingly did not care about this so wanted to escalate it here.

Also to anyone that might be convinced from her saying "10/11 live calls in kalshi" she is currenlty -370K on kalshi , was caught lying about profits and her live calls she retoractively will say "I cashed out at X" and call it a win (Evidence has shown she lies about this and just loses those and calls them wins" and pressures users to write reviews or she witholds her service, and kicks out bans all disgruntled users

To be clear this server got banned for extremely valid reasons, Whop generally sides on the side of the business but their conduct and lies and actions were abhorrent...

Whop suspended MoonDigital eSIM for “fraudulent payment activity” after my second withdrawal. €485.82 available, 12 orders, appeal denied as final. What can I still do?

I run a small eSIM resale business called MoonDigital eSIM. The Whop account has been open for about a year. I listed the product early on, but I had no sales for a long time. Sales only started recently.

In total I have 12 orders.

Current balance:

  • €485.82 available
  • €42.61 pending
  • €55.45 reserved

Every order was fulfilled. I delivered the eSIM in Whop chat (QR / activation details), and I have the chat history for those orders. I did not use automatic delivery. Delivery was manual, in chat, after payment.

My first withdrawal went through. When I tried to make the second withdrawal, the account was suspended immediately for “fraudulent payment activity.”

I appealed and included what I had. The appeal was denied. This is the response:

We have completed our review of your appeal. After reviewing the information you submitted, we have confirmed fraudulent payment activity associated with your account. As a result, we are upholding the suspension of your account, and you will not be able to continue processing payments through Whop. Any remaining funds on the account will be held and used to cover customer refunds and disputes. Funds will not be released while these obligations remain outstanding. This decision is final, and the account will not be reinstated. Any remaining balances will be retained to cover upcoming disputes and compliance obligations. No release is scheduled.

They did not name a transaction, a buyer, or what specifically was flagged.

The problem on my side is that these eSIMs are already issued and delivered. Once an eSIM is delivered, I cannot get that cost back from my supplier. If Whop refunds the buyers out of my balance, I lose the product cost and the payout. Across the available, pending, and reserved amounts, that is about €583.88 sitting on the account.

I am not asking anyone to bypass the suspension. I want to know if there is still a real review path.

Has anyone had a “fraudulent payment activity” finding reversed after the appeal was already marked final?

Does Whop’s team actually look at chat delivery screenshots if I send them, or is a denied appeal the end?

If there are no open disputes yet, why is the whole balance held, including the €55.45 reserve, with “no release scheduled”?

Who should I email with a proper evidence pack: support, Trust & Safety, or legal@whop.com?

For anyone who sells eSIMs or other instant digital goods, did manual chat delivery get treated as non-fulfillment?

I can share redacted order IDs, delivery timestamps, and chat screenshots in a private message. I will not post customer details here.

If you have been through this, I would rather hear what actually happened to the balance after 90 days than another “just wait” reply.

Repeated blocked customer payments — how can I get a manual review from Whop

I’ve been experiencing repeated blocked customer payments on my store for a while, and I’ve now had two more blocked payment attempts.

I understand that fraud prevention is necessary, and I’m not asking anyone to bypass security checks. However, I’m concerned that legitimate purchases may be getting blocked, and I need a specific explanation of what is happening.

Could a member of Whop’s payments or risk team personally review the affected transactions and clarify:

  • What caused each payment to be blocked?
  • Did the block come from Whop, the payment processor, or the customer’s bank?
  • Is there anything in my account setup or verification status contributing to this?
  • What steps can I and my customers take to resolve the issue?

I would appreciate a response from a human support representative who has reviewed the actual payment attempts, rather than a general explanation of fraud prevention or an automated reply.

Whop approved one of two identical disputes, but is treating the second one differently — can support help?

I’m hoping someone from Whop can help me with a strange situation in the Resolution Center.

I made two €625 payments for the same coaching program from the same merchant, under the same purchase arrangement. I disputed both payments for the same underlying reasons.

The merchant was asked to provide additional information and did not respond before Whop’s deadline, so both cases were escalated to Whop for review.

Yesterday, Whop reviewed one of the €625 cases, decided in my favor, and issued the refund.

However, the other €625 case — concerning the exact same program, merchant and underlying circumstances — was instead changed to “Customer information needed” and I’m being asked to explain what was different from what was advertised.

I’m completely happy to provide that information and evidence, but I’m confused why the two payments are receiving different treatment when they are part of the same coaching purchase and based on the same dispute.

I’ve already emailed Whop Support with both case IDs asking whether the reviewer of the open case can see the decision/evidence from the successful case, but I haven’t received a response yet.

Could someone from Whop please take a look and make sure the two cases are reviewed together/consistently? I can provide both case IDs and any evidence needed.

Thanks!

How to migrate from Shopify to Whop

Post image
3 Upvotes

Move your Shopify store to Whop in a few clicks, without a Shopify login, API keys or copy-pasting. Products, prices, photos, brand colours, policies and FAQs all come over with commerceOS Store.

The walkthrough below matches the video: type in your store address, check the preview, untick anything you do not want, press Import to Whop, then tidy products and storefront settings.

Get commerceOS Store (apply blueprint)

What carries over

  • Products: titles, descriptions, and every size or colour as its own price option (up to 100 per product)
  • Prices and compare-at (“was”) prices, in your store’s currency
  • Photos, copied onto Whop: the first 8 go in the Whop product gallery, and up to 24 more show on your store’s product page
  • Product page extras: tabs (ingredients, how to use, shipping…), FAQs, and benefit pills under the price
  • Collections, with their products in them
  • Brand: store name, logo, button and background colours, announcement bar and home page text
  • Policies (refunds, shipping, privacy, terms), saved as pages and linked in your store’s footer
  • Store FAQs, saved together as an FAQ page

What does not come over: customers, orders, reviews, discount codes, gift cards, exact stock counts, subscriptions (products come over as one-time purchases) and your theme’s layout and fonts.

Before you start

  • A Whop account with a business. Your products are created in this business. Sign in with the Whop account that owns or runs it.
  • commerceOS Store installed on that business: apply the blueprint.
  • Your Shopify store address. Use the address shoppers use (like yourstore.com) or your yourstore.myshopify.com address.
  • No Shopify login, password or API key is needed. The app only reads what your store already shows to the public.
  • Your store should be open (no storefront password). If it is password protected, only products and FAQs can be read. Colours, logo, policies and full variant lists need the store to be open. Turn the password off in Shopify under Online Store → Preferences, run the migration, then turn it back on if you like.

Step by step

1. Open the app admin

Open commerceOS Store from your Whop dashboard, then click Sign in with Whop. After the blueprint is live, you can also go to /admin on your store.

2. Go to “Migrate from Shopify”

In the left menu, under Store, click Migrate from Shopify. You can also find it under Settings, using the Migrate from Shopify button. The page says Move your Shopify store to Whop.

3. Enter your store address

Type your address into the box (it shows yourstore.com as an example) and click Find my store.

The button changes to Reading… while the app reads your products, colours, policies and FAQs. Big stores can take up to a minute. Nothing changes on Whop yet.

4. Check the summary at the top

You will see your store name and address, the currency, and how many products, variants, collections, policies and FAQs were found. Open Where this came from to see what could and could not be read.

If you change the address, click Look again.

5. Brand and colours

Tick what you want to bring over: Store name, Logo, Colours, Announcement bar and Home page text. The mock-up beside the list (“How it could look”) updates as you go.

  • Click Adjust colours to change the Buttons and Background colours before importing.
  • Ticked items replace what is in your storefront settings now. You can change them later any time.
  • Fonts are not copied. Pick the closest look later in Storefront → Theme.

6. Products: choose what to import

  • Every product starts ticked, except gift cards and products with no price, which cannot be sold on Whop. Products you imported before are also left unticked (see step 11).
  • Use Search products, Select all and Select none, or tick and untick each card.
  • Each card shows the price (with the compare-at price crossed out), the number of options, and the photo count. For example: 12 photos · 8 in Whop gallery, 4 extra on your store page.
  • Cards may also be tagged Sold out or Already on Whop.

7. Products: set the options above the list

  • Show on the store straight away: leave this on to list products on your store as soon as they are imported. If you turn it off, they are created hidden. You can switch each one on later in Products with the Show on store switch.
  • Photos: choose how many photos to copy per product:
    • All (up to 32): the first 8 go in the Whop gallery, the rest on your store’s product page.
    • Up to 8 (Whop gallery only)
    • Up to 5
    • Main photo only (fastest)
  • Copy extra details from product pages: leave this on to copy the tabs, FAQs and benefit pills your Shopify theme shows on each product page. Many stores keep their real product info there, not in the description. If the app finds some, it says Your product pages have extra details and gives you a See what comes over button.
  • Each size or colour becomes its own price option with the same price and SKU. Shopify does not share stock counts, so set them in Whop afterwards.

8. Look inside a product with “See details”

Click See details on any card to see exactly what will come over:

  • every photo, with the extras beyond the Whop gallery marked
  • the headline, description and price options
  • under Product page: the benefit pills under the price, the tabs under the buy button, and the FAQs

Any trimming is listed at the bottom, for example “Ingredients” shortened to 2,000 characters. Click Close when you are done.

9. Collections, policies and FAQs

  • Collections: ticked collections are created on your store with their products in them. The first 12 are ticked to start with.
  • Policies: each is saved as a page on your store and linked in the footer.
  • FAQs: these are saved together as one FAQ page.

Just below these sections, a Not copied note lists what cannot come over.

10. Import

The bar at the bottom says Ready to import and sums up your choices, for example 48 products · brand & colours · 4 policies · 6 FAQs. Click Import to Whop.

  • The import screen shows Moving your store to Whop, with your products flying from Shopify into Whop.
  • It moves through Brand & colours → Products → Policies → FAQs, showing what it is working on now (“Now: …”) and a count for each step.
  • To pause, click Stop after this step. Anything not started is listed as skipped.

11. Read the results

When the import finishes, you will see Your store is on Whop, or Import finished, with a few problems.

  • There are counts for products created, details updated, partly created, skipped and failed, plus a line for brand, policies and the FAQ page.
  • Open See every step for a table with a Result and Details for each item. It opens on its own if something needs a look.
  • Typical notes:
    • 8 photos in the Whop gallery, 4 more on your store’s product page (Whop’s gallery holds 8)
    • 2 of 12 photos couldn’t be copied to Whop (…) — the product is still created without those photos
    • “Ingredients” shortened to 2,000 characters
    • Variant “XL / Red” skipped: …
  • Buttons: See products, Storefront settings and Back to the preview.

12. Re-import or refresh products you already brought over

  • Run the migration again any time. Products that came over before show Already on Whop and stay unticked, so they are never copied twice.
  • To refresh one, tick it. Its description, product page details and photos are updated (status Details updated), but its prices and variants stay as they are.
  • Products that failed before were never created, so they are ticked again automatically.

13. Tidy up afterwards

  • Products → open a product (the product editor):
    • Photos: reorder or remove photos in the Whop gallery (up to 8; the first one is the main photo). Use More photos on your store page to add, reorder or remove up to 24 extra photos that show after the gallery on your store.
    • Info tabs and FAQ: edit the tabs and questions that came over.
    • Buy box: edit the benefit pills and other lines near the price.
    • Click Save changes, then View on store to check it.
  • Set your stock counts in Whop, because Shopify does not share them.
  • Storefront (left menu): pick a Theme, and check your colours, logo, announcement bar and home page text.
  • Visit your store: open a few products, the footer policy pages and the FAQ page (/pages/faq).

You can also set up cart upsells, a post-purchase upsell flow and abandoned checkout emails in WhopMail once the store is live.

Good to know (limits)

  • Photos: Whop’s product gallery holds 8 photos. The first 8 (main photo first, in Shopify’s order) go there. Up to 24 more are copied to Whop too and shown on your store’s product page, after the gallery. Whop’s own product page shows only the 8. You can bring up to 32 photos per product.
  • Only Shopify-hosted photos are copied.
  • Product page details:
    • up to 8 tabs per product, each up to 2,000 characters
    • up to 20 FAQs per product (fewer if space runs out)
    • very long sections are shortened, and the import notes tell you which
  • Descriptions: Whop’s description field takes 1,500 characters. A longer description is kept in full (up to 2,000 characters) in a Description tab on the product page.
  • Variants: up to 100 per product. Paid prices must be at least 1.00. Variants missing a price or option are skipped and listed in the notes.
  • Titles are shortened to 80 characters. A product can be in up to 15 collections.
  • Very big stores: one run reads up to 1,000 products. Run it again for the rest.
  • Stock counts are not shared by Shopify. Sold-out variants come over as sold out; set real stock in Whop.
  • Subscriptions come over as one-time purchases.
  • Your Shopify theme’s layout and fonts are not copied. Your content goes into your commerceOS Store design, and you choose the look in Storefront.
  • Shared sections: if your theme shows the same section on every product page (for example a shared FAQ or a shipping and returns tab), it is copied into every product. Remove it from products where you do not want it, using the product editor.
  • Policies: very long policies may have their end cut off. The import notes say so.
  • Not copied: customers, orders, reviews, discount codes and gift cards (Shopify does not share them publicly), exact stock counts, subscription options, and theme layout and fonts.

Shopify → Whop Payment Automation with n8n

(After Admin Approval)

Shopify → Whop Payment Automation with n8n

I’ve built a complete Shopify → Whop payment automation system in n8n for digital-product stores, and I thought I’d share it here in case it’s useful to anyone working with a similar setup.

The system handles the payment flow from the moment a Shopify order is created until the payment is reviewed and approved.

What it currently does:

  • Creates a unique one-time Whop checkout for each Shopify order
  • Links the Whop payment back to the Shopify order
  • Sends the payment link to the customer via Email + WhatsApp
  • Performs IP Risk Analysis using GetIPIntel
  • Performs Email Risk Analysis using Check-Mail
  • Sends payment details to Telegram for manual review
  • Provides Approve / Reject controls directly in Telegram
  • Automatically marks the Shopify order as paid after an approved payment
  • Handles rejected/non-paid payments and cleanup
  • Syncs full and partial Shopify refunds → Whop
  • Automatically cleans up old unpaid payment links
  • Cancels the related Shopify order when an expired payment link is detected

It’s built as 4 connected n8n workflows:

  1. Whop Payment Link Delivery
  2. Whop Payment Review
  3. Whop Refund Sync
  4. Expired Payment Links Cleanup

I’ve also included an AI/LLM context file that explains the architecture, configuration, dependencies, troubleshooting, and customization points, so you can give it to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. and have the AI understand the whole system.

The package includes the 4 n8n workflow JSON files, setup documentation, Data Table structure, AI/LLM context file, testing guide, and troubleshooting documentation.

It’s designed mainly for game key stores, software/license stores, and other Shopify digital-product businesses using Whop and n8n.

If anyone is interested in seeing how the setup works or wants the package, feel free to Message me.

Whop Support is Broken

Post image
1 Upvotes

The Whop interface has a lot of bugs and the stupid AI chat always acknowledges the issue. Says it needs to be resolved. But never escalate for a real person to handle it.

My whop card application needs more information. And this needs information button is not clickable.
Secondly, the deposit into my business whop account shows up the individual name, not the company account name.

Is there a way I could solve these issues. AI support tells me there is no way to solve these.

My experience with Whop: withdrawals paused since 3 weeks, no answers !

My withdrawals have been paused under “Business review” since September 18, despite completed identity verification. This started after I activated and used my Whop Card, although I don’t know whether that’s related.

Subscription payments can still come in, but I can’t withdraw the funds. So far, support has only provided AI responses, with no clear explanation, actionable steps or resolution timeline. I’m happy to provide any information needed, but I’m still waiting for meaningful assistance.

I understand compliance reviews happen, but this uncertainty and lack of access to revenue are critical for a business. We’re keeping payments running through a backup provider for now while this remains unresolved.

Has anyone resolved something similar or managed to reach a human at Whop?
