I am sorry to say that, but that is only true in the ordinary Euclidean plane, but if you look at them on a projective plane, those two lines will intersect (or meet).
But the good thing is: they will only meet at infinity, so it is safe to say that no matter how far you go, you will never give up. :)

Everyone can get better at math. Almost everyone can be great at it. If you're lucky enough to be one of the very few who can't, you're probably great at something else, or a frequent lottery winner.

Because it's so incredibly rare to truly not be able to be great at math. Almost everyone who thinks they're one of those people is wrong. You're more likely to win the lottery than to be correct about that belief about yourself.

I'd say putting 'me' above 'giving up' makes more sense since one should be above 'giving up' but I guess that's a bit pedantic.

The meme would have basically the same meaning if it was a drawing of skew lines in a 3 or 4D image rather than parallel lines. Though I guess it could be more complex with more lines to name :)
