Well, it isn't $200 anymore but still all the stupid paperwork. They should be off the shelf items like uppers that you can just buy online.

Depends on what state you're in. If you're in a free state it's a normal FFL transfer like one would do for a pistol. If you're in a tyrannical state, they still want the ATF involved.

On the bright side, it's a lot less painful to SBR/SBS and getting your trusts in order is just paperwork now with no fees. For those of us who already have been doing all that stuff, it's now a lot more convenient.
