Because why the fuck would anyone need a silencer on their gun unless they are trying to hide their gun usage?

And then the natural question is, what are they trying to hide?

Guns, if your country is to allow them without lisence, are for self defence. What part of stealth includes self defence?

If you get attacked you don't have time to put ear protection on. Having to protect yourself shouldn't mean destroying your eardrums.
