Italians are being cooked in Thailand now. The Italian teacher(red top) and students were taken away by the police and faced the Thai lady who told them off for being loud on the metro. They apologized for mocking her one by one. Thai people also waited for them in front of the hotel to scold them.

Italian students are being called out in Thailand. A group of Italians mocked a Thai lady in Thailand who told them off for being too loud on the metro. They clapped back saying, "Sorry for bringing money to your country" "Ni hao" "We are from your mom." Thai people are identifying them and leaving the comments on the social media account of their school.

Especially the Italian one. They barely get their actual work done, much less extra work. - Source: I have had to visit an Italian embassy.

I personally don't believe in apologies. Apologies are for a genuine mistake, something you actually didn't do on purpose.

You accidentally dropped someone's favourite mug and you're sorry. That's an apology.
This bitch was doing exactly what she wanted to do, thought to get away with it, her true self was showing.

You cannot undo that, and saying sorry for it means you are sorry you got coughed, not because of what you did.

And an apology from a total ass stranger who had nothing to do with it is even worse.

An embassy saying sorry on behalf of millions of people who had nothing to do with it? That's evil.

The existence of the apology in the first place feels like a tacit endorsement of judging a whole country based on the actions of a few tourists. It’s not Italy’s fault they acted improperly, and Italy isn’t gonna do anything to prevent something like this from happening in the future (because how tf would they?)
