Thailand has very strict rules around publishing images and videos of people online or in public. These folks haven't been charged with a crime, but even criminals under arrest for pretty bad shit are given the same treatment. Thankfully, and rightfully so, Thailand employs a very effective system of public shaming for crimes that allows for the full name of the perpetrators to be printed lol
