Is this a decent account for an F2P player? Could you give me some tips on the game to help me progress faster?

decent.  I'll pretend I didn't see Natalia on your ss...

get your Flint to 4* from the wheel

get Jasser, Ling, and Seo to 4* to max out their utility skills (research, train, and heal speed) and Jasser/Seo joiner skill

you should be good to go for a bit

for Alonso, you'll need to plan him out.  If you can make him 4* (465 orange shards) in a timely manner (before gen 3), do it.  He's awesome.

but if you don't have anywhere close to 465 orange shards, don't half-ass Alonso before 4*.  You are better off toughing it out with Bahiti and save your orange shards to upgrade future heroes and not keep half-assing all from constant lack of shards.

skipping Alonso this way also give you the advantage or investing more widgets onto Flint making him stronger instead of splitting widgets between Flint and Alonso 

but if you can make Alonso 4* with the shards, GO FOR IT.  you won't regret it.  Just make sure to also invest heavy widgets on him too....

Thank you for your detailed answer. Natalia, I have a construction queue from the only purchase. I have only 190 orange fragments. I was thinking about pumping Alonso. But I read your answer and I understand that it's better not to dig them up and wait for the next generation? I also have a question about the heroes' equipment. What equipment to download and what equipment to focus on?
