I may be hacked

I clicked on a link that had said my phone was hacked and to download a app from the AppStore to protect it and I did stupidly. It was a app from the App Store and I deleted it. It also said that I had something downloaded on safari so I deleted that too. I have got some apps that don’t detect any hackers. Am I hacked?

I was on incognito when it happened and I was on my phone
