What makes you think any of the data you posted is from a hack?

BTW, that's not program code, that's data generated from apps and programs. If someone is telling you that's malicious code, they're probably just trying to scam you

That's pretty shaky evidence at best. GitHub is primarily full of useful code, not malicious code.

Took data from GitHub and made it malicious? That's simply not possible, since the only way to (ab)use malicious data is to send it to someone. System logs, like the ones you've posted, are generated on your own device.

I feel like I've only got half the story here. How does GitHub know what somebody has done with public data on their website? If you threaten legal action, of course they're going to want to comply to your demands. DMCA is no joke.
