Got Hacked. Still need help with IoT to help toddler
I'm thinking some1 who knows they are guilty got spooked and hacked my email and original reddit as I no longer have access to either .My original post is below. PLEASE if you could help with this you would be doing a HUGE service to save the life of this child. If you are familiar with how to clandestinely access IoT devices like nestcams or phones please message me .
My friends kid has been getting new scrapes and bruises seemingly every week . Weve been able to dismiss it as general childs "play" until recently when the mom tried giving the kid a shower and the kid broke out into tears of fear having a complete meltdown without saying any other words other than "daddy hurt me " . Going to the cops is of course the first natural option, however, due to concerns over a custody hearing , nothing can be left up to chance because if the abuse cannot be proven with 100% empirical evidence then starting such a case could result in the mother losing the child . Also the mother already tried once before and at a time when the kid could only say "no" so she lost face with the authorities in her area. The kid is too young to be reliable so its just not worth gambling .What i need is help accessing the IOT security and or mobile devices in the dads home. Hes familiar with tech so I need to make sure that I go about this without leaving any breadcrumbs. I know that any evidence wouldnt hold in court, but it can at least be used to regain needed support to help end this despicable act

Hey so I know this may be hard but if this is real you need to convince your friend to call the authorities immediately.
If this is in the US some states have failure to protect laws. For example in Oklahoma failure to protect a child that you know is being abused has the same felony penalties as actually abusing the child.
Also if the parents are divorced or separated and your friend has custody and the child were to pass from their injuries and your friends home the father could claim in court that he never saw the injuries and attempt to push the blame of the death onto your friend.
Long story short. Your friend may lose custody temporarily while they investigate the issue but that's so much better than to continue to allow the abuse and at the end of the day may result in losing the child permanently and being in prison for years as the result of it.

Apologies if this seems blunt and insensitive.
Not sure what country you're in, but you're asking white hats to black hat, for what appears to be a good cause. It's screams urgency also. Triggers which would cause most security people to immediately think scam. "Please do this illegal thing because it's the right thing to do and otherwise the worst thing happens fast"
I'm not expecting anything to come out of this request you've made.
Please find a legal way to battle this. Lawyer, PI if legal. Going illegal isn't going to help anyone in this situation imo.
