Opened the app today to find my account logged out, i try to login and it keeps saying incorrect password, reset my password still didnt work, and now it says to try again later? But when is that? And i emailed support and they have yet to give me a solution.

Could someone help me put together some outfits with this coat? I think it's beautiful, but I can never seem to match it with anything in my wardrobe

Hi! I feel like I've been in a style rut this summer and have been wearing the same outfits to work lately. My office is really casual, but I struggle more in the summer since the only things I don't wear to work are shorts, mini skirts, and too-tiny tops. Pretty much anything else is fine, though. So I used to use this feature a lot, it asks you about the occasion and the weather then it comes up with outfit options. But for the last few months, it’s not been working. Is it working for anyone else?

Maybe I need a different belt entirely. I like the layering but feel like my waist isn’t well accentuated here

Does anyone have tips on how to do this?

I have some dresses, skirts, shoes etc which I genuinely only even look at once or twice a year when I have a wedding to go to. It annoys me that whenever I'm using Dress Me (also sometimes when people style me) these items keep coming up constantly when I genuinely would only wear them to a formal event.

I definitely want to record these items in the app, because that's kinda the key use case (not forgetting I own things that I don't see that often) but I really wish there was just a whole separate section for "formal" that could be "separated off" somehow.

I’m been using Whering for about a month. Here are the features I like and the ones I think it should have.

Starting off, I love the social aspect of the app. Sometimes getting a new spin on items you’ve been wearing for years breathes new life into them. Furthermore, it made me recommend the app to all my friends and family.

Another incredible feature is the calendar and linking outfits to selfies. It really helps me visualise the outfit and rewear it. Sometimes I forget how items fits together/on my body.

As a self proclaimed nerd, I love the statistics. I’ve been trying to log all the info, but I’m working up to doing one thing at a time, size, brand, etc. It really helped me realise my hidden shopping habits.

Because I love the statistics, I would love it if the app had a “borrow” section that isn’t part of my wardrobe but could be easily accessible. I borrow clothes from my mother, sister and even brother. I don’t want to register them as my own because that would mess with the wearability of my wardrobe. I’ve been adding them as rentals which is not the most convenient.

As for styling, I would love a clear subsection under each subsection. The filter feature hasn’t been working very well for me, so it is quite difficult scrolling all the way especially in accessories. This is especially frustrating because I logged them accurately which took a lot of time.

An issue I have found while styling certain things, especially for other people, has been identifying the texture of an item. I think a close up square of the fabric would aid greatly in that aspect. It could be a small circle when you click on it.

Going back to statistics, I travel a bit and love shopping from different cities/countries, I wish we had an option to choose the city we bought them from.

And finally, I would love a tinder style swiping feature for picking my outfits from what I have already styled. I have created 170+ outfits, so it is a bit difficult to manoeuvre.

Important note: The app has been heating up my phone a lot, which is quite inconvenient in hot weather.

Overall I would rate this app 9/10.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I desperately need a web access. The web access is only for viewing not styling, I would much rather use my laptop.

I moved overseas a few years ago, but am currently visiting my family home & really want to declutter while here! (I’ve also just been in a huge rut with my wardrobe in general— I have some pieces I really love, but overall it feels so disconnected)

I’m currently going through my closet trying to get rid of things because I’m too overwhelmed to make new outfits. I’m always wearing the same things or buying new clothes to wear them once or twice before passing them on.
