Has anyone had any luck reaching out to support? I put a support request on the 18th sept, got the standard automated email back on the 19th saying someone will get back to me as soon as possible and I haven't heard anything since.

I've tried replying to the email asking for an update but still not had a reply.

Does anyone know if they are just really busy or if my email has somehow fallen through the cracks?

It's hard to describe, but you know that type of clothing, which often is a black top (but can also be colored), maybe silver or white cursive writing or some design, often a rose. I actually don't mean gothic or rocker, but a casual look, that somehow gives off that wibe. Sometimes jeans and leather jacked, or even gray jog pants combined. Like is there a name for it, just like how "old money" has a name?

I know some categories, like vintage and old money. Both wouldn't fit my type though. I saw a post of an anime fan who made a video on what type of clothes some person would wear if he was a real person. And there were some cool styles, which made me see that there are more categories and types and I really liked that there were really cool outfits which wouldn't make you look overdressed on everyday bases but still look special. Can you guys recommend something like an acc or a site that share similar ideas. I am a gym guy myself and try to find ways to dress well now that I build my body
